1. 10-Day Return Policy: Ryu offers a 10-day return policy for unused and unwashed products.
   
2. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Ryu within 10 days of receiving your order.
3. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to Ryu's error or if the product is defective within 10 days of purchase.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
5. Exchanges are subject to availability.
