. Product Warranty
 * Ryu warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care.
 * If a product is found to be defective within 10 days of purchase and the customer has followed the care instructions provided, Ryu will repair or replace it at its discretion.
 * This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or alterations to the product.
Governing Law
 * These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and other applicable Indian laws.
. Dispute Resolution
 * Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be submitted to arbitration in Delhi, India. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA).
. Intellectual Property
 * All trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property rights associated with Ryu's products and website are the property of Ryu.
 * You may not use any of Ryu's intellectual property without Ryu's prior written consent.
