Yes, you can cancel your order, but only before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. We try to ship orders within 24 hours, so you must contact our support team immediately with your Order ID. If the order hasn't shipped: We will cancel it and initiate a full refund to your original payment source (for prepaid orders). If the order has already shipped: We cannot cancel it.

Yes, returns are generally accepted, but usually in the form of an exchange for size and typically only within 10 days. Exchanges for Size are Allowed If the item doesn't fit correctly, you are allowed to exchange it for a different size of the same item.(Subject to availability).
